01. Refund & Payment Policy

Effective Date: 01 December 2025

No Refund Policy

All payments made to SearchLifter are non-refundable. Once an order is signed, confirmed, or a contract is executed, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be entertained under any circumstances. This includes advance payments, milestone payments, or final payments.

Payment Structure

At SearchLifter, we follow a transparent and structured payment process:

Website Development

30% Advance: At time of contract signing.
30% Milestone: Upon website completion (before final deployment).
40% Final: Upon full completion of work.

Non-Website Services (SEO, Ads)

40% Advance: At time of contract signing.
60% Final: Upon completion of agreed work.

Work Delivery & Obligations

Final deliverables, source files, credentials, or access will be provided only after full payment is received.
Any delay in payment may result in suspension of services until dues are cleared.

Contract Binding Clause

All agreements, proposals, invoices, and contracts signed with SearchLifter are legally binding. By signing, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this policy. SearchLifter reserves the full legal right to initiate legal action to recover outstanding dues.

02. 14-Day Free Trial Policy

Effective Date: 01 December 2025

SearchLifter offers a 14-day free trial to allow potential clients to experience our services before entering into a paid agreement.

Duration & Limits

Valid for 14 consecutive calendar days.
Services provided Weekdays only (Mon-Fri).
Max 2 hours/day allocated for execution and reporting.
One free trial per client/business.

Included Services

Social Media: Basic content planning & posting.
SEO: Basic Website Audit, On-page recommendations, Keyword research.
Website Mgmt: Minor content updates & performance checks.

Exclusions (Not Included)

The free trial does NOT cover: Paid advertising campaigns, Major website redesign, Advanced SEO implementations, or Content writing in bulk.

Important Notes

No Guarantee: The free trial does not guarantee specific results, rankings, leads, or sales.
Conversion to Paid: After 14 days, continuation requires a paid contract.
Payment Clause: If services are continued after the 14-day period, the trial period becomes payable and will be included in the first invoice.

03. Privacy Policy
